If you regularly  suffer from headaches or migraines, you might want to try this mixture of lemon juice, water, and salt to help alleviate the pain. Mix 2 teaspoons salt, one thoroughly juiced lemon, and 1 cup warm water together and drink while still warm (but not hot).
